Our charge includes packaging, Royal Mail costs and staff time in packing & taking your order to the nearest Post Office, which is a car journey away for us.
We will hold pottery at the studio for a period of 6 months from the date it is finished, but no longer, as we are short on storage space. We always endeavour to send at least 2 text reminders to customers to come and collect their items before disposing of pottery.
No refunds or credits will be given in the event of you failing to collect or arrange postage within a 6 month period. If you have arranged postage with us, please ensure that payment is made within 3 days as we will not send any further reminders.
We reserve the right to refuse postage for clay prints, castings & large or very sentimental pieces due to the possibility of damage. Whilst we take every care to package your order carefully, we regret that we cannot accept any responsibility for breakages.
Please note that you are welcome to ask a friend or family member to call in to collect your order on your behalf if you are struggling to make it to us. You do not need to present a receipt for payment as we ensure all payments are taken in advance of work carried out. They will just need your full name and details of the order placed.
